
Battery Pack installation mode in Energy Storage System
It’s going to introduce the Battery pack installation mode in the energy storage system,basically it has wall mounted,floor mounted,rack mounted,lead acid replacement, stacking mounted,let’s see the detailes as below.
1.Wall Mounted Battery
Usually it’s installed by the wall,the battery will equip the back rack to be fixed,it can save installation space a lot,but it has the weight limit to install,suitable for small place and small system like 5-10KWh battery pack.
2.Floor Mounted Battery
Usually it’s bigger than wall mounted battery because user needs a liitle bit more capacity to meet the demand,it has equipped wheel to move,need some floor space to install,like 15-40KWh battery pack,it’s suitable for large scale home application.
3.Rack Mounted Battery
Usually it’s 3U to 7U size,the battery pack mode is from the telecom site application,but we also can use it for energy storage system,it can be installed in the standard cabinet which can extend to large capacity,like over 100KWh battery pack.it’s suitable for commercial ESS.
4.Lead Acid replacement
Usually it’s for replacing the lead acid battery for solar energy storage system application,it has the features that flexible,light weight,no much limitation for installation,it’s suitable for low budget project,lile 12V,24V energy storage system.
5.Stacking Battery
Usually it’s standard unit for 4-6 layer as a set,the most of them is 2.5KWh 5KWh or 10KWh as the single unit in market,it can also save installation space,also modular design for easy Install,convenient for maintenance,but cost is a little higher than other modes.

There are basically 5 types of installation mode,we can consider the installation space and installation level also well as the budget to decide what kind of mode we purchase for our energy storage system.
