Charge and discharge efficiency:A battery pack with good consistency allows each cell to charge and discharge synchronously,resulting in high energy transfer efficiency between the charger and the battery,opposite,due to the different charging acceptance ability and discharge depth of each individual cell,can lead to longer charging time, premature depletion of some batteries during discharge,and affect the overall charging and discharging efficiency.
Output power:The output power of a battery pack depends on the worst performing cell,good consistency allows each individual cell to work together and output stable power,opposite,the performance will be limited by the battery with poor performance,unable to fully exert its output power,resulting in a decrease in the overall output power of the battery pack.

Risk of overcharging and overdischarging:Due to the inconsistent voltage,capacity,and other parameters of individual batteries in a battery pack with poor consistency,some batteries may be fully charged while others are not,continuing to charge may result in overcharging of fully charged batteries;during discharge,it is possible that some batteries have already been fully discharged while other batteries still have remaining charge,resulting in overdischarging of the fully discharged batteries,both overcharging and overdischarging can cause serious damage to the battery and even lead to safety accidents.
